Job Openings

  • Experienced professional to handle sales, design, and overall project management for multiple client projects. Strong skills in natural resource management, leadership, communication, collaboration, and organization are required.

  • Experienced field professionals with strong supervisory and natural resource knowledge, skills, and abilities (5 +years experience preferred) to conduct project development activities and direct teams to perform a range of natural resource management services including invasive plant control, prescribed fire, tree plantings, inventory and mapping.

  • Experienced professionals with supervisory experience and strong and natural resource knowledge, skills, and abilities (3-5 years experience preferred). Work to lead a team to perform a range of natural resource management services including invasive plant control, prescribed fire, tree plantings, inventory and mapping.

  • Seeking candidates with some natural resource experience (1-3 years preferred) looking to grow and expand their career. Candidate will work alone or as part of a team to perform a range of natural resource management services including invasive plant control, prescribed fire, tree plantings, inventory and mapping

  • Entry level. Seeking responsible, self-motivated, and team-oriented individuals (0-1 years experience preferred) looking to learn natural resource management and restoration by enrolling in our 1000 hour Department of Labor approved apprenticeship program. Opportunities for growth and career advancement. Earn while you learn!

  • Experienced tractor operator (5 + years) to be on call as needed for working independently or as part of a team to conduct a variety of farm, conservation, and restoration activities using a tractor with a variety of attachments. Examples of projects includes bush hogging, boom spraying, drill seeding, field plowing, disking, etc.

  • Marketing coordinator will develop, coordinate, and execute a range of marketing campaigns. 5+ years experience in print and digital marketing. Work will also include planning company events, coordinating outreach activities, and assisting with workforce recruitment. Flex time and work from home.
